Troy brings more than 38 years of architectural experience, having worked with firms in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Orlando, Atlanta, and Rochester, MN. His diverse portfolio includes healthcare, commercial, educational, religious, industrial, and office projects. These projects collectively provided vast experience with a variety of building types and include master planning, design and construction challenges, phasing, and project sizes. Troy has coordinated projects from concept to occupancy. Building relationships with the client and team members to ensure the best project is Troy’s priority.

firm as an Interior Designer

Molly joined CRW after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of Northen Iowa. With experience in both residential and commercial design, including dental and optometry clinics, she is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional, and sustainable spaces that support client goals and user experience. She is excited to continue expanding her expertise through involvement in a diverse range of commercial projects where she can further develop her design skills while contributing creative and impactful solutions for clients.
