CRW architecture + design group is proud to announce that Josefina Pozas has been promoted to the position of Partner with the firm

Josefina joined the team at CRW in 2018 and is a Senior Designer with over 16 years of experience
in the USA, Mexico and Spain specializing in commercial, multi-family residential and public projects. She has been an integral member of the firm consistently excelling in her role as designer in some
of the firm’s most important projects. We look forward to her continued impact in this new role.

Josefina holds a Masters Degree in Architectural Design from the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico.

She currently serves on the Board of the History Center of Olmsted County.
Josefina enjoys her free time with her husband Alex and children Daniel and Nora.

CRW architecture + design group is happy to announce that Hannah Brady has joined the firm as an Administrative Assistant.

Prior to joining CRW, Hannah worked administrative roles in banking/lending, real estate title and local government. She is excited to begin this new chapter with CRW where she will be mentored in the roles of Billing and Office Management.

Hannah grew up in Fargo-Moorhead, ND and enjoys all things aquarium related, caring for pets, gardening, and most but not all outdoor activities.

CRW architecture + design group is happy to announce that Levi Gunlogson has joined the firm as a Design Technician.

Levi graduated from North Dakota State College of Science in 2024, with an Associate in Applied Science in Architectural Modeling & Design Technology. Prior to joining CRW, he worked as a summer intern for another area design firm.

Levi grew up in Benson, Minnesota and enjoys spending time with his family and friends and
being outdoors.
